Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. CRA is the great equalizer in rural areas. It provides an incentive for Banks to partner with the Community Development Corporations. College Overlook Apartments, for example has provided beautiful, warm, handicapped-accessible homes for people who might not otherwise have been able to afford them, including the elderly and the disabled. Please do not adopt this rule.
