FDIC Makes Public November Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON – The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in November 2022. There is one administrative hearing scheduled for January 2023.

The FDIC issued nine Orders in November 2022. The administrative enforcement actions in those Orders consisted of two consent orders; two orders terminating deposit insurance; three orders to pay civil money penalties; one order terminating consent order; and one Section 19 order.
