Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Private Citizens in rural North Carolina

To Whom It May Concern:

Please re-consider the plan to alter Community Reinvestment / 12 CFR Part 345. This change will cause affordable housing - the American Dream - unattainable to so many more Americans.

"The cumulative effect of such a changes is that there would be far fewer CRA assets available to the developers of affordable housing, particularly in rural areas across America. Combined with the fact that we are likely to see an increase in interest and mortgage costs in the next few years, the American dream of affordable housing will be that much more unattainable for thousands of families."

By the way, we reside in rural North Carolina; we are renters, hoping to one day be able to purchase a home.

Thank you for reconsidering this plan - and keeping the accessibility of affordable housing open for more people, not less.
