The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host the second in a series of regional webinars titled, "Taking a Fresh Look at the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to Create Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCPs)." This second event includes a discussion of SPCPs with experienced staff of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and other financial institutions who describe their experience in developing SPCPs in four parts: identifying a need, creating a product, vetting, and marketing/deployment.
