FDIC when you join the Corporate Employee Program (CEP). The CEP will
place you on the front lines of America’s banking and financial services
industry performing mission-critical work, traveling the country in a
unique role that only a few experience. As a Financial Institution
Specialist (FIS), you’ll get the skills you need to handle the ever
changing requirements of the industry and learn everything you need to
know to prepare for a career in either government service or the private

The Corporate Employee Program (CEP) has completed hiring for its 2013 training classes. The FDIC will begin accepting applications again during the early fall to fill career opportunities in CEP training classes that start in 2014. The FDIC expects to fill at least 100 new FIS positions in 2014. Those positions will be open to college and university students and recent graduates with major fields of study in economics, accounting, finance, business administration, and related fields and an overall grade point average (GPA) of a least 3.00.
