This session will provide an excellent understanding of what the consumer protection examiners look at to arrive at your Compliance Management System (CMS) rating. Directors will be provided with an overview, expectations, and best practices regarding the CMS elements: Board and Management Oversight; Compliance Program (including policies and procedures; monitoring; training; and complaint resolution); and Compliance Audit.
