Loan Sales Announcements OFFERING ANNOUNCEMENT
On behalf of the FDIC, DebtX (www.debtx.com) is conducting a sealed bid auction of approximately $22.5 million in loans from multiple receiverships. The majority of assets are from Heritage Bank (FL), for which the FDIC is acting as Receiver. As part of this sale the FDIC is offering MR1-13-228, a $2.1 million lead participation in a commercial real estate loan secured by a multi-unit retail property located on the Florida panhandle. Lead loan participations are available to FDIC-insured depository institutions only. The sale contains the following loan types:
