FDIC Resolution and Receivership Process: How to Bid on Failing and Failed Banks

The FDIC will host its quarterly conference call for minority depository institutions which will discuss the processes, policies, and legal framework pertaining to the resolution of problem and failing depository institutions, including investments into existing institutions, and proposals to acquire the deposits and assets of failed institutions.
