2010 Amendments to Regulation Z

The presentation will include a discussion of the 2010 amendments to Regulation Z affecting open-end credit. Several of the changes resulted from the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (Credit CARD Act) and primarily affect credit card accounts under an open-end (not home-secured) consumer credit plan. The presentation will also briefly discuss some of the July 2010 changes that affect other consumer open-end products as well as discussion on unfair or deceptive acts or practices pertaining to open-end credit.
