The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation today released a list
of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and
individuals in March. One administrative hearing is scheduled during
May.
The FDIC processed a total of 19 orders in March. These
included one cease-and-desist order, four removal and prohibition
orders, four civil money penalties, one voluntary termination of
insurance, eight terminations of cease-and-desist orders and one
adjudicated decision.
