The FDIC processed a total of 27 final orders in February. These included five cease-and-desist orders, one removal and prohibition order, one voluntary termination of insurance, one prompt corrective action, 16 terminations of cease-and-desist orders, one order withdrawing notice of intent to issue supervisory prompt corrective action directive, one order withdrawing notice of intent to issue prompt corrective action directive ordering dismissal, and one adjudicated decision.
