FDIC Consumer Brochure on the Year 2000 Date Change --
Spanish Version

The FDIC brochure The Year 2000 Date Change is now available in a
Spanish version, titled Cambio de Fecha del año 2000. The English
version of this brochure, which describes the efforts of financial
institutions and the Federal Financial Institution's Examination Council
to address the Year 2000 computer problem, was distributed to all
insured financial institutions in FIL-67-98: Inactive Financial Institution Letters: dated June 26, 1998.
The brochure, including the FDIC logo, may be reprinted without
permission from the FDIC provided the text is used in its entirety,
without modification. The addition of your financial institution's name
and logo on the back of the brochure is permitted. No other
modifications may be made.
Procedures for Obtaining Copies of Cambio de Fecha del año 2000
Camera-Ready Art to Make Your Own Reprints: Due to the substantial
demand anticipated for copies of this brochure, the FDIC is providing
all FDIC-insured institutions with the attached camera-ready art, which
your institution may use to produce its own supply of the brochure.
