• Provide an overview of the changes effective January 1, 2010 and features of the new forms;
• Discuss common errors and types of violations identified;
• Provide responses to commonly asked questions; and
• Include time for questions and answers.

Our speaker, Andrew Fay, HUD, and other speakers, comprised of FDIC staff, will provide their unique insights from an examination perspective.

The teleconference is primarily open to FDIC-supervised institutions in the Kansas City Region. Bank directors, officers, and staff members are welcome to participate. Participants may call in from any location and are not required to be onsite at their institution.

Registration Information
There is no requirement to pre-register for the call. To participate, simply follow the instructions provided in the email invitation that was previously distributed to all FDIC-supervised institutions in the Kansas City Region. If you did not receive an email invitation, but wish to participate in the call, please send an email to kcconferencecall@FDIC.gov and include your name, title, and bank name/location.

To allow sufficient time for all participants to be connected, we appreciate your efforts to call at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the call if possible.
