Interagency Community Development Conference: Community Banks and the Outlook for Residential and Small Business Lending Thursday, September 16, 2010 The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Office of Comptroller of the Currency, Office of Thrift Supervision and Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland are co-sponsoring a day-long discussion on the outlook for residential and small business lending. Join your fellow community bankers in a day-long discussion of the outlook for residential and small business lending and the business opportunities afforded by community development credit enhancements. We’ll begin with an open-format CRA Q&A with senior compliance examiners followed by a presentation on the national housing market by a senior Freddie Mac economist. Lunch will feature a keynote on small business lending. The afternoon will offer concurrent breakout sessions on community development credit enhancements for residential and small business lending followed by a best practices panel of bankers discussing integrated approaches to community development business opportunities.
