The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Office of Comptroller of the Currency, Office of Thrift Supervision and Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland are co-sponsoring a day-long discussion on the outlook for residential and small business lending.

Join your fellow community bankers in a day-long discussion of the outlook for residential and small business lending and the business opportunities afforded by community development credit enhancements. We’ll begin with an open-format CRA Q&A with senior compliance examiners followed by a presentation on the national housing market by a senior Freddie Mac economist. Lunch will feature a keynote on small business lending. The afternoon will offer concurrent breakout sessions on community development credit enhancements for residential and small business lending followed by a best practices panel of bankers discussing integrated approaches to community development business opportunities.
