The growth rate of long-term assets was 10.24 percent in 1991, doubled to 20.81 percent in 1992, plummeted to 0.00 percent in 1993, jumped to 30.60 percent in 1996, dropped to 16.33 percent in 1997, increased to 27.58 percent in 1999, fell to 5.31 percent in 2001, rose to 6.48 percent in 2002, and moderated to 6.03 percent in 2003.
