ORDER

Before the Court is the Plaintiffs' Unoposed Motion to Clarify Consent Decree. Good cause having been shown, it is hereby

    ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion be and hereby is GRANTED; and it is hereby further

    ORDERED that the Consent Decree be amended to clarify the language describing the types of harm that the damages fund in the above-captioned case will address; and it is hereby further

    ORDERED that Section III.A.1. of the Consent Decree be amended on page 19, to add to the phrase "all claims for compensatory damage due to the emotional distress, mental anguish, pain and suffering, or any other cause," the language, "including physical injuries or sickness associated with the discriminatory conduct alleged in the underlying action." It is hereby further

    ORDERED that Section III.A.1. of the Consent Decree be amended on page 20, to add to the phrase "all class service awards to the Class Representatives and Marvin Gordon, Jacqueline K. Taylor and Charles Thompson," the language "in recognition of the time and effort expended on behalf of the Class as well as compensation for any physical injuries or sickness or emotional distress atttributed to the service of the Class that they have provided or to discriminatory conduct alleged in the underlying action."
