Panelist Biography - David Bowen
Director, Key Community Bank
Client Segmentation and Product Development
Dave Bowen returned to Key in March of 2010 and is currently the Director of Client Segmentation and Product Development for Key’s Community Bank. In this role, Dave is responsible for the profitable management of Key’s Consumer, Business and Private Banking deposit and credit products. In addition to product management, Dave’s team supports the strategic client objectives of the Consumer and Small Business segments for Key’s Community Bank through programs like Key’s Select Banking, Key@Work at work banking program and Key’s industry-leading client rewards program.
Dave has over 28 years of experience in retail banking. Prior to returning to Key, Dave managed consumer and small business products with Charter One Bank and National City/PNC Bank from 2001 through 2010. From 1985 to 2001 Dave was with Key Bank for 16 years where he held a variety of positions in marketing and product management for the retail and asset management organizations.
Dave earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Kenyon College in 1985 where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors and Distinction in the field of economics. He received his MBA from Kent State University in 1992.
